Initiate Your Request
Log into your COWS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
